Great customer service is guaranteed here, and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how friendly all the staff are. Any request you have will be carried out politely and diligently.

Everything is kept spotlessly clean here and the communal areas are always tidy and presentable. You'll find it very hard to fault housekeeping when they make up your room each day.

There are new rooms and old rooms at this hotel, and if you're checked in to an old room you'll notice that the furniture is on its last legs. Squeaky beds and rickety chairs await, so ask to change to a new room if you're not happy.

You might find that it takes a long time for hot water to arrive through the shower in your room, so long in fact that it feels like it doesn't work at all. Management don't seem to want to recognise this problem but it is probably a fault with the hot water system.

If you plan on driving to Royal Kuala Lumpur you'll have your work cut out for you. Due to its city centre location the traffic is very heavy, and to make matters worse the one-way systems and no-entry roads mean that you're likely to end up going around in circles.
