    The staff at this property does a commendable job when it comes to assisting the guests. They have been surely a helping hand by providing info about local area and POI's for many past visitors. Guests have appreciated their excellent level of service.

    Cititel Mid Valley's excellent location offers guests easy accessibility to public transport. Taxis are available just outside the hotel, whereas the train station is within walking distance which has pleased past guests.

    The hotel needs to work on its room size as the rooms are cramped for guests travelling with their partner or family. Guests have expressed their disliking over staying in a room where there's no storage space and walking room.

    Some guests have mentioned that they had trouble sleeping during the night due to the outside noise of people and traffic. Due to its central location, guests had to sacrifice on their sleep which annoyed them big time.
