Active guests will appreciate the club house facilities of outdoor pool and fully equipped fitness centre, but no guests should miss out on a visit to the 163 Lounge on the 48th and 49th floors. It has terrific views over the skyline. Those not self-catering can enjoy light meals and drinks in the lounge. Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon Serviced Residences is located close to Kuala Lumpur's city centre. The vibrant Chinatown district, with it eclectic shops, restaurants and streetlife is less than a mile away.

One of the very first things guests noticed when entering their apartment, and also one of the first things they brought up in their reviews, was that the apartments were incredibly spacious. It didn't seem to matter whether the guest had booked a one bedroom apartment or a three bedroom one, all were in agreement that they were larger than expected and provided more than enough space for all guests.
The hotel is a high rise property, so it came as no surprise that guests raved about the views. Of course the higher up the room, the greater the enthusiasm, with guests also mentioning that the club, on the top two floors, provided especially spectacular views of the cityscape.
Guests were very impressed with both the design of the apartment, which they said was very stylish, as well as the fact that it seemed to include absolutely everything they required during their stay.
A remarkable number of guests reported that their check-in seemed to take an inordinate amount of time. They did not really know what the hold up was, with guests speculating that either the staff were a little incompetent or were perhaps stalling because the room wasn't ready.
A remarkable number of guests were disappointed that the hotel did not offer room service. Also, while a breakfast buffet is available onsite, guests mention that lunch and dinner were either unavailable or very weak, requiring them to seek out a nearby restaurant for these two meals.
It was hard to find a kind word written about the breakfast which was said to be limited and not change at all from day to day.
