Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
This hotel is a boutique-style gem with a charming ambiance, ideal for couples and luxury travelers seeking a unique and memorable experience. Its central downtown Shreveport location offers convenient walkability to local attractions and the convention center. The standout amenity is the tranquil spa, featuring a pool and hot tub, often with complimentary drinks during treatments. Guests consistently praise the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, and the complimentary breakfast, while limited in hot options, is appreciated for its fresh fruit and "dainties." For a truly luxurious stay, consider booking a room with a jacuzzi tub.
