The young and energetic atmosphere of this hotel won over many guests, especially when combined with stylish, trendy decor and the apparent focus on design-conscious students and millennials. In addition to this, the beds in the simple, college-dorm style guest rooms were thought to be nice and comfortable and rooms were also said to be equipped with modern en-suite bathrooms.

Most of those who stayed here did not mind its slightly remote location since it was reportedly located next to a metro station which they said took them into the heart of Amsterdam in a matter of minutes. Moreover, there is apparently an Albert Heijn supermarket close by, a gym and cinema room on site, free Wi-Fi to surf away on and some appreciated the fact that the hotel was in a quiet spot, away from tourist crowds.

People generally enjoyed the food served up in on-site restaurant The Pool, mentioning the Mediterranean-style meals or the breakfast buffets as being well worth checking out. In the same vein, people were happy to note that the young staff members working here were cheerful and very friendly, something which seems to have added to the overall vibe.
