Review summary

Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews

The hotel stands out for its prime waterfront location in Tsim Sha Tsui, offering stunning Victoria Harbour views that captivate guests day and night. Its exceptional proximity to major transport hubs like the MTR and Star Ferry, along with popular attractions and extensive shopping and dining options, makes it an ideal choice for sightseers, families, and business travelers seeking convenience and accessibility. Guests frequently commend the spacious rooms, which are often noted as being larger than typical Hong Kong accommodations, and the generally friendly and efficient staff. While the hotel maintains a good standard of cleanliness, some guests advise requesting a higher floor for optimal views and being aware that full room cleaning is typically provided every three days, with towels available upon request. Bringing your own toiletries and water bottles is also a practical tip for a more comfortable stay.
