Positive Reviews

Everything is easily accessible

The area surrounding this property is said to be very convenient for visitors, especially first-time travellers. They comment about the close proximity of the metro, which also allows for easy connection to other lines. They like the idea of having a popular fast-food outlet within an easy walk, a grocery store just down the road, and top tourist attractions like the Government Metropolitan Building close by, from where they can enjoy stunning views of the city.

Useful amenities

The fact that all of the rooms include a washer/dryer, as well as a microwave and press iron, enables guests to feel like they can stay here comfortably for quite a substantial amount of time if they want to. They are also pleased to find the rest of the facilities are well looked after, clean and user-friendly.

Surprisingly spacious

Visitors are pleasantly surprised once they've checked in and settled into their rooms to find that they are a little larger than they originally anticipated. Even the bathrooms are found to be quite spacious, which they say is unusual for Japanese standards.

Negative Reviews

No daily housekeeping

The rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis, which does not go down too well with travellers who are used to a regular housekeeping service. They would prefer it if the rooms are taken care of every day.

Basic meals

You may want to look for other options for breakfast. Guests felt that breakfast was pretty basic, with not a lot in quality or quantity. They also stated that seating was limited in the lobby, so it was difficult to find a table to eat at.

Only fit for one

You might not be used to the way the Japanese design hotels. Many guests commented on how small the rooms were. If you are looking for more space you may want to request an upgraded room, if available, or find another hotel with more variety in room choices.
