Positive Reviews

Calm neighbourhood has a lot going for it

The vast majority of travellers who've stayed here loved that this hotel is set in a relaxed part of the city where the Japanese way of life is still very evident. Many visitors also liked the fact that the property is set between two Tokyo metro lines and is a mere five-minute stroll from Kanda train station, which itself is just one stop away from Tokyo central station.

Service-minded receptionists are very helpful

Many guests have observed that the staff at reception are a very warm and welcoming bunch who do their level best to ensure you enjoy your stay. Evidently, many of them speak pretty good English too.

Nice and peaceful at night

Even though it's in a highly central location, lots of guests reported that this hotel is actually very peaceful after dark.

Negative Reviews

Guest rooms and bathrooms are pretty small

A significant number of guests who've stayed here have highlighted the fact that the accommodations - and the modular-style bathrooms within them - are achingly small. Travellers staying as couples/pairs said the lack of space made it especially difficult for them to relax in their rooms.

Room cleaning services are very limited

It has been noted that, whilst staff members do drop off fresh daily towels and other bathroom supplies, they don't change bed sheets or tidy the rooms. Suffice to say, this rather limited approach to housekeeping won very few admirers.

No breakfast offering provided

Numerous visitors have felt short-changed about there not being any kind of breakfast option at this hotel. That being said, many guests said the hot snack offerings at the Family Mart next door were a more than adequate alternative.
