The Rooms and Bathrooms Are Tiny

The guest rooms and bathrooms are tiny, even by Japanese standards. Several guests said that they almost tripped over their companions or luggage when walking around their rooms. Others said that they couldn't use the toilet without their knees hitting the wall or door.

Some Staff Doesn't Speak Much English

Guests all agree that you will need to deal directly with the front desk if your don't speak Japanese well. Most other staff members, especially those on the housekeeping staff, do not speak much English, if any at all.

You May Have Problems with the Wi-Fi Connection

Some guests said that they could not get the Wi-Fi to work in their rooms. Others said that it was too slow to be practical. So, you may need to go to the lobby, if you want to get online during your stay.
