Positive Reviews

Central location couldn’t be better

Being so close to Akasaka-Mitsuke metro station is a huge bonus as it has five different lines passing through it, including direct links to popular areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya (both just ten minutes away). Having so many shops, restaurants and bars right on your doorstep is of course a massive plus too.

Receptionists are pleasant and industrious

Many visitors have gone out of their way to praise the completely unflappable and quietly efficient team who diligently man the hotel’s reception desk. If they can help you with anything - anything at all - then they will. Exemplary.

Wi-Fi is super-strong and super-quick

You don’t need to worry about timeouts or lagging affecting your time online when you stay here - the free Wi-Fi at this hotel will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!

Negative Reviews

Guest rooms are tiny

It has to be said that, even by Tokyo standards, the guest rooms here really are very small. So how small is very small? Well, put it this way: the only way effective you can open your suitcase is to put it on your bed – there is literally nowhere else to do it.

Housekeeping crew aren’t overly proactive

You would think that simple tasks like changing bed sheets and replenishing coffee sachets would be done every day or perhaps every other day at the least. Not here. Stay under the ‘Eco’ option (which is often mandatory) and you won’t see the housekeeping team once.

Beds aren’t so comfy

Somebody in the hotel’s management team needs to realise that ultra-flat pillows and super-soft mattresses aren’t a magic combination when it comes to engendering the perfect night’s sleep...
