Guests boast of the friendly staff who are attentive and responsive to any requests. Their hospitality is of a high standard.

Spacious room with lovely ambience

The beds are extremely comfortable and each room is roomy with an abundance of space to live out comfortably. Guests are very happy about the spacious environment which is equipped with strong Wi-Fi and all that’s needed for a stay away from home.

Temperature-controlled pool a winner

Guests are enthused by the outdoor thermal pool. Guests enjoy this pool all year round and are able to have fun with friends and family while enjoying the outdoors.

Negative Reviews

Smoking ban not popular

Guests are not allowed to smoke in the rooms nor in the hotel spaces. Smoking customers have to walk away from the main building to stand in the parking lot to smoke.To not alienate those who smoke, the hotel should consider a designated smoking area as there is nowhere to smoke on the property.

Restaurant needs to be run better

More staff is needed at the restaurant. Although the staff are friendly, they are just very few and this compromises on the quality of service.

Dirty linen

Guests have mentioned that towels and bed sheets are stained and not well looked after. The linen needs to be changed more regularly and the hotel should consider replacing it with a new batch.
