Walking distance to all the attractions

Most guests have loved the location of this hotel. The property sits right on the beach and guests have liked the views in the morning and the evening. In addition, it is just a short walk from Surfers Paradise. There is a tram stop nearby, as well, for guests who don't wish to walk.

Large, comfortable apartments

Numerous guests have found the apartments at this property to be very large and, therefore, extremely comfortable. Guests enjoyed having a kitchen and a separate bedroom while spending time in their apartments at night.

Friendly, accommodating hosts

Past guests have said that the hosts are very accommodating and that nothing is too much for them to do for you. They are also quite friendly, so if you have any questions about your apartment or the surrounding area, they are more than willing to answer them.

Negative Reviews

Poor Wi-Fi speeds

There have been complaints about the Wi-Fi at this property. Guests have found the speed to be too slow when they are connecting and others have struggled to get connected in the first place. This was deemed to be unacceptable by many guests of this property.

Rooms a little dated

The apartments are quite old and dated at this property and guests feel as though a thorough renovation could be in order. The furniture, in particular, is dated and should be replaced in the near future to improve the overall quality of the hotel.

No air conditioning in some rooms

Guests have mentioned that not all apartments in this complex have air conditioning. As a result, there have been some unhappy guests who have ended up in rooms that don't have this feature during the summer, as they have found their accommodations too hot.
