Unique mobile phone service

Guests were tickled pink to discover that their room came with a free mobile phone they were free to use anywhere in Singapore during their stay. They reported that it allowed for free international calls, so they could easily phone home without incurring horrendous roaming charges.

Terrific infinity pool

The hotel has a small infinity lap pool on its seventh floor. It offers views out over the city and was the hotel feature most mentioned by guests. They liked both the fact that they could go for a refreshing dip and the views to be had from the poolside.

Good location

Guests were completely satisfied with the location of the hotel. It is quite central and guests mentioned that there were many amenities in the area and that the nearest MRT station at Bugis was just a five minute walk away.

Negative Reviews

Rooms are definitely on the small side

This was by far what guests were most likely to highlight as a shortcoming in their reviews. They reported that the rooms were luxurious in terms of fittings, but did not have the luxury of space. Guests felt a bit hemmed in while in the rooms.

Family suites could be a bit dangerous

Guests staying in one of the larger suites that can accommodate families and groups did not like their design. They reported that there were many places to bump one’s head or otherwise injure oneself in the room. They felt that it was poorly designed.

Beds were very small

In addition to the room being small, guests also commented that the beds were extra small as well - a standard double size at the largest, not queen or king size like most luxury hotels.
