Positive Reviews

Great location all around

If you like to walk, you will find many of the major attractions within a fifteen minute walking radius from this hotel. A bus station and tram station are just minutes away, making it easy to explore the city also with them. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife are in this neighborhood as well as nice boutiques to explore.

Designer rooms with extras

All rooms are individually furnished in a modern, sleek design. Guests loved the little details and amenities provided in the room. The rooms are rather large for a city hotel, and cleanliness has not been an issue. Comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms with separate heating were highlights described by guests.

Staff is friendly and helpful

The staff of the hotel provides excellent customer service. As they are a bit more on the young side, they can give insider tips for great clubs or bars, but are also knowledgeable in the more traditional attractions of rome. They provide maps and bike rentals can be arranged as well.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi not always working

Some guests had trouble with their Wi-Fi reception being either too slow or breaking up on them. If Wi-Fi is a necessity for you, this hotel might not fit your needs.

Can be loud

There is a bar right in the same building and the area is more of a tourist area, which means that there can be noise till late in the night. Earplugs might remedy this problem up to a certain point.

Breakfast nothing special

Many guests felt the breakfast is nothing too memorable. It consists of typical continental fare. The breakfast service does not start till eight, which some guests felt was too late to get started with a busy day.
