Ageing rooms fail to impress

Well-maintained lobby and spacious rooms might steal the show, but with its décor coming off, chipped paint and ageing furniture, past guests have not given this property a good rating. Refurbishments are on plan sometime this year.

Beds- Too firm for comfort level

As mentioned by past guests, the beds at Heritage Cameron Highlands were not up to their liking and comparatively firm. Since hard beds doesn't suit everyone, guests had a disturbed night sleep and body pain the next morning.

You might have to forget about using internet while you are in your room. Guests have not been able to access the internet in their rooms, they had to visit reception. Regardless of the fact, guests have had a pleasant stay.
