Great Service

A number of previous guests who stayed at the hotel were really happy with the service that they received from the staff. Comments from visitors consistently described the staff as freindly and professional at their jobs.

Walk Everywhere

A number of guests commented that the hotel was centrally located and very convenient to the local bars and restaurants in Paramatta. Many guests liked that they could park the car at the hotel and were able to walk to all of the local conveniences.

Clean and Comfy

Guests were impressed by the consistent standard of cleaning at the hotel with many commenting that their rooms were freshly prepared on their arrival. Many guests also remarked that they had a great nights sleep on the very comfortable beds.

Negative Reviews

A Few Issues

Across reviews previous guests complained about a number of items which had they been better maintained would not have been a source of frustration. Common bug-bears included blown light bulbs and no batteries in the TV remote. Parking also seemed be a hassel.

Bad Wi-FI

Guests who rely on Wi-Fi to stay connected to their family and friends or their businesses contacts were not impressed by the free Wi-Fi with many saying that at times it was non-existent and slow and did not provide a reliable service.

Needs a Update

Guests felt that some of the decorative choices at the hotel could have been better with some commenting that they thought that they furniture was a little old and worn and had a cheap looking appearance which is not what they were expecting from a Mantra propoerty.
