Positive Reviews

Well-equipped shared apartments.

Oslo Apartments was found to offer shared apartments in a few different sleeping formats, and they were generally found well-equipped with a kitchen guests thought good for saving money with, a large bathroom, and decent common areas.

Munch, Botanical Garden, easy downtown.

Guests found the hostel to be a short walk from the Munch Museum and Botanical Garden, the nearby Metro made downtown Oslo easy to access, or some simply walked, and a supermarket, as well as a few shops and restaurants are found not far away.

Fine for the price.

Those travelling on a budget will find the prices ok for Oslo, and the quarters were thought to be warm, clean and comfortable enough.

Negative Reviews

Small rooms, basic.

Oslo Apartments’ rooms were noted by many to be disappointingly small, and the amenities were basic, with nothing like toiletries included for guests to enjoy.

Extra expenses — e.g. Wi-Fi.

Guests found the extra expenses here to stack up very quickly; for example the Wi-Fi fee, which was thought to be expensive, in addition to further charges for parking and breakfast.

Staff not very friendly, neighbourhood appearance.

The staff members on reception at the main hotel were considered to be unfriendly by many of those who stayed, and a few guests were not comfortable with the neighbourhood at night, while others thought it simply did not have much to offer.
