Gorgeous hotel, lovely ambiance

Guests found the hotel itself to be architecturally beautiful, but still sophisticated, modern and offering a wonderful ambience. In particular, guests found the atrium that stretches from the lobby floor upward toward the skylight, very attractive. They were able to appreciated the artistic visuals by looking both up and down from the lobby.

Negative Reviews

Can be a bit pricey

There have been suggestions that the breakfast in particular is a bit pricey, and guests mentioned that, although it is New York, the price of drinks was still a little on the steep side. Guests also complained that the cost of room service was also a little over the top.
