There's no doubt amongst travellers that this must be one of the top locations in the world. The fact that Times Square is just a few steps away, and top attractions like the Rockefeller Centre and Madame Tussauds are around a ten-minute walk is what makes this hotel such a magnificent base from which to explore the city. Guests also mention that they can even see the iconic Chrysler Building light up at night.

Supportive staff

The staff are said to be incredibly knowledgable about the surrounding area. They don't hesitate to offer good advice when it come to top attractions, and they will even go out of their way to book a good restaurant.

Negative Reviews

A little dated
