Spacious Suites

Guests found the apartments to be extremely spacious and comfortable. The dining and lounge area provide more space to move around and relax. Guests enjoyed lounging on the sofa and watching TV.

Room Views, Public Transport

The rooms offer great city views for guests, especially at night. One side of the building has view of the Petronas Twin Towers which is splendid. The presence of a metro station just across the street also makes it easy to travel around.

Negative Reviews

Mediocre Restaurant, Breakfast

The buffet breakfast offered is quite disappointing according to the guests who stayed here. The in-house restaurant Junction Bistro resembles a small café more than a restaurant and has a small assortment of dishes.

Ageing Interiors

Although spacious, guests found the furniture in their apartments to be old and slowly falling apart. Minor refurbishments are needed for the hotel to maintain its quality. The general condition of the rooms can also be better in terms of cleanliness.

Car Parking, Neighbourhood

Guests have mentioned the absence of free car parking and had to pay extra for a parking spot. The surrounding area also gets quite dark at night and the presence of a few nightclubs adjacent to the building give it a slightly unsafe atmosphere.
