Positive Reviews

Basic Accommodation for Business Travellers

All points considered, many felt that this hotel offered a reasonable standard of accommodation. The basic facilities here were popular with business travellers, who liked the hotel’s proximity to the Putra World Trade Centre and KL’s light rail transit system.

Impressively Renovated Rooms

This property appears to be undergoing a large-scale renovation and refurbishment programme. For those lucky enough to get them, the renovated rooms here come highly praised, with all new fixtures and fittings. This was a point appreciated, especially in the bathroom areas.

Reasonably-Sized Units and Friendly Staff

Whether they found themselves in an older or a newer unit, by KL standards, the size of this property’s individual rooms appeared to be reasonable. The property’s team also garnered praise for their friendly, cheery demeanours and helpful attitudes.

Negative Reviews

Renovation Incomplete

To the disappointment of many, the refurbishment process here is slow-going, with new and old rooms allocated by sheer luck. Arriving guests felt that the hotel’s web-site – which shows only revamped rooms – is not a true representation of the current property.

Tiny Toilets

Rooms may not have been problematic in terms of size, but toilets facilities certainly were. Many commented that these areas were disappointingly small and contrasted oddly with the relatively spacious units. These facilities showed heavy signs of wear and tear.

Problems with Parking, Issues with TVs

This property’s free private parking was a sore point among guests. Those who came by car found that a space on-site was pretty hard to come by. Also, many had trouble getting a clear reception and picture on the TVs in their units.
