The hotel is practically located within a mall, giving easy access to different shops and food outlets. The ground floor has a supermarket and several convenience shops. Moreover, it is within walking distance to the city centre, so guests find the positioning of this hotel to be very convenient.

Ample Parking Spaces Underground

Guests pointed out the surplus of parking spaces on-site. Sharing with the mall, the underground parking area houses lots of spaces and area. This provides less hassle for guests who bring their cars with them.

Overall Facilities Need Renovation

Guests said that the hotel looks a bit run down, and needs renovation. Starting at the reception area, they noticed that the property seems old and looks deserted. Hence, they suggest the management to have an upgrade in their facilities.

Issues with the Wi-Fi Connectivity

The Internet connectivity is intermittent at its best, and does not work during the day, especially during busy times. At midnight, however, the speed increases, as well as its stability.

Problems with the Rooms

Guests have some issues with the rooms’ general quality. According to them, the rooms have an awful smell and insufficient lighting. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room is substandard, which is evident in the stained bed sheets.
