Incredibly Comfortable Guest Rooms

Guests mentioned that they really enjoyed the guest rooms. Not only are they spacious, they're quite comfortable. Guests also pointed out that the beds are extremely comfy for getting a good nights' rest.

Parking Inconveniences

Some guests mentioned that the parking area is shared with the shopping centre so finding a spot is sometimes problematic. Furthermore, in addition to needing more parking spaces, some guest remarked that since it's located in the basement you may find that it has limited lift access.

Minor Housekeeping Issues

While the location was clean overall, some visitors mentioned that they had issues with public spaces, such as the public restrooms, which were in need of serious help. Others cited their rooms could use a good vacuuming. For the most part, however, visitors felt the hotel is rather cleanly.

Broken Odds and Ends

Some guests mentioned that electrical plugs didn't function properly in their room. Other people stated there were broken tiles in the swimming pool. Rather than being one huge problem, there seems to be sporadic issues here and there that are troublesome.
