Clean and quiet rooms

Although some of the rooms here are described as being on the small side, guests do tend to agree that the accommodation is both clean and quiet. Most also find the selection of in-room amenities is acceptable.

Peaceful and picturesque setting

Guests love the tranquil setting of this hotel. The gardens and lawns surrounding the property are extensive and provide plenty of space for younger visitors to play. Overall, the setting is very peaceful and picturesque with great views.

Good range of on-site activities

The selection of activities available at the hotel is fairly broad so guests generally find something to suit. As well as things like the games room and sports courts, the staff do a good job of laying on evening entertainment and can help guests to arrange a variety of tours and excursions.

Negative Reviews

Lack of shuttle services

Given the fairly remote location of this property, guests would like to see some sort of shuttle service. As is stands, guests must make their own arrangements and often have to pay quite the price for local taxi services if they don’t bring their own car.

Poor Wi-Fi

The Wi-Fi is a source of constant frustration for guests. Although Internet connectivity is said to be available throughout the property, guests often fail to get online in their individual accommodation with some also having problems in the hotel’s public areas.

Food can seem pricey

Guests feel the food served in the on-site restaurants is a little on the pricey side and, therefore, lacks value for money for guests who have very little alternative options in the immediate area. Guests also complain about the additional fee levied for room service deliveries.
