Positive Reviews

Good quality dining

The restaurant food is tasty and distinctive. The high levels of cleanliness and hygiene ensure that guests feel completely confident about dining here. They are also pleased to find that choices included those for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tastes.

Peaceful, quiet, and crammed with activities

The remoteness of the resort is one of the main reasons for coming here. However, any fears of having nothing to do are quickly allayed. The areas of the resort are massive and the resort management has pulled out all the stops in creating huge choices of indoor and outdoor activities. From the huge pool and spa to rifle shooting, indoor games and children’s activities; there is something for everyone here. There is lots of exploring to undertake away from the resort too, but many guests don't feel the need to wander off-site.

Staff is helpful and friendly

Many guests remark upon the high levels of friendliness and efficiency that are displayed by the front desk staff. They are helpful in the extreme and contribute in no small measure to the enjoyment of the stay.

Negative Reviews

The picture of cleanliness, it is not

According to guests' reviews, this accommodation is lacking in cleanliness and is in urgent need of upgrading. They instance the presence of some bed bugs among others, plus stained bed linen. Cleanliness is poor throughout, but particularly in the bathroom area.

Losing contact with guests’ basic needs

Undeniably, there are plenty of things to do here. Having supplied all these activities and facilities though, guests are surprised by the lack of Wi-Fi. Worryingly, there is no intercom connection either between the accommodation and the front desk.
