Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is highly regarded for its prime location near a major metro station, offering convenient access to Lisbon's attractions and business districts. Its signature feature is its direct connection to the vibrant Campo Pequeno area, which includes a shopping center, restaurants, and an event arena, making it an ideal choice for sightseers, business travelers, and solo travelers seeking easy urban exploration. Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness and the generally friendly and helpful staff. While many rooms offer comfort, some guests note that parts of the hotel are undergoing renovation, with older sections showing signs of wear. To ensure the best experience, consider requesting a recently renovated room and be mindful of potential noise from the surrounding area.
