Review summary
Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews
A lively family retreat nestled in serene nature.
This property serves as an energetic hub for families seeking an active getaway within a tranquil, natural landscape. The secluded setting provides a peaceful base for mountain exploration, while the family-oriented facilities—including a mini-farm and indoor pool—ensure children remain engaged throughout their stay. Guests frequently praise the human quality of the staff, whose warmth remains a highlight despite operational pressures; for a more restful experience, consider requesting a room with a private terrace to enjoy the mountain views away from the main activity zones.
Some guests mentioned: long wait times, inconsistent dining quality, significant noise levels.
