Review summary
Summarized by AI from 700+ reviews
A central city base with standout service and charm.
This hotel serves as a convenient hub for sightseers and event-goers seeking a central home base. The property boasts an exceptional location steps from Main Street, which is rounded out by a welcoming staff dedicated to guest hospitality. The comfortable beds often provide a restful night’s sleep, though guests looking for a more premium experience may want to request a renovated room if available. While the team is highly praised, the overall guest experience is currently impacted by the inconsistent state of the building's facilities and amenities.
Some guests mentioned: train noise, inconsistent breakfast, dated decor.
