Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

This hotel is ideal for budget travelers and sightseers seeking a convenient urban hub. Its prime location offers easy access to public transportation, including direct bus routes to the ferry and a shopping mall, with a local market and pastry shop just a short walk away. While the property faces significant challenges with maintenance and cleanliness, particularly in its facilities and rooms, the accessibility to local attractions remains a key advantage. Guests consistently report issues with broken amenities like televisions and air conditioning, as well as concerns about hygiene, including stained bedding and insects. The staff, unfortunately, receives overwhelmingly negative feedback for being unhelpful and unresponsive. For a more comfortable stay, guests might consider bringing their own travel-size cleaning supplies and earplugs.
