Review summary
Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews
This hotel is a tranquil retreat ideal for couples, sightseers, and pet owners seeking a peaceful base near Banff's attractions. Its location on the edge of Banff offers a quiet escape while providing direct access to downtown and Lake Minnewanka via a complimentary Roam bus pass. Guests can enjoy the unique perk of complimentary access to the hot pools and spa at a nearby sister hotel, offering a serene experience with mountain views. The staff, particularly the reception team, consistently receives praise for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, complementing the delicious offerings at the on-site Sudden Sally restaurant. For an enhanced stay, consider booking a room on a higher floor for potentially quieter surroundings, as some heating/AC units can be noisy.
