This hotel is a versatile alpine retreat, ideal for families and sightseers seeking a blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure. Its optimal location offers direct access to the Brunnach gondola and numerous hiking opportunities. The property shines with multiple children's playgrounds, a water playground, and an indoor play area, ensuring entertainment for younger guests. While the digital-first approach to service is efficient for some, guests consistently praise the attentiveness of the staff, particularly the prompt and helpful intervention via the emergency number, and the quality of the on-site restaurants, especially the Bauernwirt. For a truly comfortable stay, consider booking an apartment with modern kitchen appliances and comfortable beds.
