The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk just a few minutes to the bustling Jalan Petaling Street Market and the Pudu Sentral Bus Station. There are great restaurants and bars in the area and the nightlife is fun. You also have easy access to ATM machines and banks. .
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and most of the staff members can speak English quite well. The staff will happily help you with any arrangements you need to make and they offer recommendations on local restaurants and attractions to visit.
The hotl is quite nice for the price you pay. The rooms are cleaned thouroughly every day by the friendly service staff and there is a rooftop terrace with a garden where you can relax.
The rooms at this hotel are quite small and you could probably find a larger room for the same price at another establishment. Some rooms do not even have a window which makes them stuffy and dark.
The bathrooms are quite small and so are the showers. There is often very little hot water and so you are forced to take a cold shower. Better cleaning needed as the floors and fittings are dirty or mouldy in places. Some guests have reported that the bathroom has a bad odour to it.
The Wi-Fi signal is not as high-sped as you are led to believe. The signal is generally poor and slow. Some rooms cannot connect as the reception is so weak. Not good if you need to do work online.
