Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

This hotel is primarily known for its jacuzzi rooms, which are a significant draw for couples seeking a private and relaxing getaway. Many guests specifically choose this hotel for the large, in-room tubs, often describing them as clean and enjoyable. While the hotel aims to provide a comfortable experience, feedback is notably mixed regarding overall cleanliness and bed comfort. Some guests find the rooms clean and the beds comfortable, while others report issues with cleanliness and very hard mattresses. A recurring and significant point of contention for many visitors is the mandatory cash deposit required upon check-in, which is often a surprise and can cause inconvenience, especially since it is not always clearly communicated during booking. The staff receives varied reviews, with some guests praising their helpfulness and friendliness, while others report negative interactions. For those considering a stay, it is advisable to confirm the specific amenities available in your room type, such as a refrigerator or microwave, as these vary. Additionally, be prepared for the cash deposit requirement and consider bringing your own blanket for added comfort, as some linens are described as thin.
