Review summary
Summarized by AI from 600+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to families and sightseers, offering a comfortable and convenient base for exploring. Its excellent location in the heart of Wanaka places guests just a short walk from Lake Wanaka and the town's central attractions. The availability of kitchenettes or fully equipped kitchens in many rooms provides a significant advantage for self-catering. Guests consistently praise the exceptional staff and service, who are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, though the continental breakfast receives mixed reviews for its value. For a cozy touch, consider booking an apartment with a gas fire, particularly during cooler weather.
