Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This hotel is a vibrant jungle retreat, ideal for families and sightseers seeking an immersive nature experience. Its unbeatable location directly within the national park offers a mere 5 to 10-minute walk to the Tikal ruins entrance, perfect for early morning explorations. The inviting swimming pool provides a refreshing escape after a day of adventure, though guests should note that pool towels are not always provided. The staff, particularly the reception team, are consistently praised for their helpfulness in arranging tours and transportation. For a truly unique stay, consider booking a bungalow with screens instead of glass windows to fully embrace the sounds of the jungle and enhance wildlife observation.
