positive:
Complimentary mini bar items
Usually a hotel will provide you with a mini bar and charge you for each item you choose to enjoy. However, everything in the mini bar provided in each room is complimentary and will be restocked every day if replenished. This is a great bonus that you wouldn't usually find anywhere else.
positive:
Spotlessly clean
This hotel is equipped with some of the best housekeeping staff anyone could ask for. You will be more than pleased with the cleanliness of your room and public areas. Housekeeping clean every room seven days a week and do a perfect job each time.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are small
Many guests have felt like the rooms were too small in size and it was hard to move around in the bedrooms. It would be quite hard to share a room with more than one other person due to the lack of open space. It seems like the room is filled with furniture with no open floor area to move around.
negative:
Lack of privacy
When it comes to the bathroom, the guests feel like there should have been much more privacy put in to the design. The bedroom and bathroom are separated only by a glass sheet and the shower and toilet are more like cubicles than actual rooms.
negative:
Lack of soundproofing internally
There have been some complaints that noise can be heard from above and next to each room in the hotel. It would have been nice for the architects to include some sort of soundproofing in the design. Although this can be a problem for some, most guests enjoyed their stay at Bay Hotel Singapore.
