For those attending a conference at the Persada Johor International Convention Centre connected to this hotel, there is no better accommodation. It is not possible for this hotel to be physically closer to this centre and therefore this has been the primary choice for such guests.

Guest reviews have indicated that the supposed non-smoking rooms do sometimes carry the smell of smoke. Hotel management should be sure that guests in non-smoking rooms are not smoking during their stay and that non-smoking rooms are never allocated to smoking guests.

On a few occasions, guests have been disappointed with the service level offered by staff at this hotel. An unprofessional tone and attitude was given by staff members and this is certainly an area that this hotel can improve on.

Some guests found that issues arose with some of the features in guest rooms. Particularly the Wi-Fi and the air-conditioning units. Although both are offered by this hotel, several reviews indicate that both are temperamental and frustrating. The air-conditioning units, when they do work, give off a constant buzzing sound which can be bothersome.
