Review summary
Summarized by AI from 30+ reviews
The hotel's central location is a key feature, making it convenient for guests to access various parts of the city and providing a practical base for exploration. Despite this, the most consistently praised aspect is the friendly staff, who are frequently highlighted for their exceptional helpfulness and attentiveness, often going above and beyond to assist guests. However, guests should be aware that the hotel generally suffers from significant maintenance issues and pervasive concerns regarding cleanliness, particularly the widespread problem of insects and a notable lack of consistent hot water. This hotel is best suited for budget travelers or solo travelers who prioritize a central base and friendly service over extensive amenities or pristine conditions. It may also appeal to business travelers due to its proximity to work areas. A practical tip for prospective guests is to thoroughly inspect their room upon arrival and be prepared for potential maintenance shortcomings, as these are frequently reported.
