Review summary

Summarized by AI from 70+ reviews

This hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills stay. The property's exterior and some interior areas are in need of updating, with some facilities appearing uninviting. Room comfort is a significant concern, with numerous reports of unsanitary conditions including stained sheets, blood stains, bed bugs, and roaches. Functional issues like non-working door locks and broken showers are also prevalent. While most interactions with staff are described as extremely rude and unhelpful, a few guests have noted a specific staff lady for her helpfulness. For a more comfortable experience, guests should consider bringing their own linens and inspecting rooms thoroughly upon arrival.
