Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

This hotel's primary draw is its convenient location, placing guests close to various city attractions and amenities. However, guest experiences are largely defined by significant issues with cleanliness and the overall condition of the property. The hotel often accommodates pet owners, and its affordability makes it a consideration for budget-conscious travelers or those needing a place for work-related stays or events in the area. Many guests report strong, pervasive odors of marijuana and cigarettes throughout the premises. The advertised pool and jacuzzi are frequently noted as being closed or non-existent, often due to health code violations. To manage expectations, guests should be aware that the hotel's actual state may differ significantly from online representations, and it is advisable to confirm the availability of specific amenities directly with the hotel prior to arrival.
