Quality Inn Ashland

The hotel's most prominent feature, frequently highlighted by guests, is its extreme proximity to active train tracks and a crossing, resulting in pervasive and loud train horn signaling throughout the day and night. While some guests have reported finding clean rooms and comfortable beds, a significant number of reviews express deep dissatisfaction with the overall room condition, persistent cleanliness issues, and highly unprofessional staff interactions. The hotel might appeal to budget-conscious travelers seeking a convenient stopover or those attending local events such as the Mothman festival, who may prioritize location over a quiet environment. To ensure a more comfortable stay, it is highly recommended that guests bring earplugs to mitigate the disruptive train noise. Additionally, guests should meticulously confirm all charges and hotel policies upon check-in to prevent potential disputes or unexpected fees, a recurring concern in guest feedback.
