Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to sightseers and budget travelers, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. Its prime location directly next to a subway station and Abasto Shopping provides effortless city navigation and access to numerous shops and a large food court. The highlight of the amenities is the consistently praised breakfast buffet, offering a wide and complete selection of fruits, dairy, cereals, and baked goods. Guests consistently praise the exceptional warmth and helpfulness of the staff, particularly the reception team, who are efficient and provide excellent local recommendations. For a quieter experience, consider requesting a room in the newer sections of the hotel, which often feature better noise insulation and modern comforts.
