Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

This hotel is a practical choice for budget travelers and sightseers seeking a convenient urban base. Its central location offers excellent access to public transport, including a metro station with direct links to Plaza Castilla, and is well-situated for airport connections. While lacking on-site dining, the hotel provides comfortable beds and effective air conditioning in its clean, albeit compact, rooms. Guests consistently praise the reception team for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. For a quieter experience, guests should consider requesting a room facing away from the bustling street.
