Review summary

Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews

A practical city-center base for sightseeing travelers.

This hotel serves as a functional home base for sightseers looking to explore the city’s historic core. The property sits steps from the Kölner Dom and is rounded out by a relaxing rooftop terrace for guests to enjoy. The 24-hour reception provides helpful support for arrivals, and those traveling with pets may appreciate the pet-friendly policy. While the staff can be quite welcoming, the dated room interiors and limited breakfast options may not meet the expectations of travelers seeking a modern or full-service experience.

Some guests mentioned: dated rooms, inconsistent internet, thin walls.
