The property is situated near Istanbul Ataturk Airport in the suburbs of the city. It is about a 25-minute drive to the old town and more than that to get to Taksim Square and some of the city's other sights.

Each room has a minibar; however, it doesn't come stocked with items for you to purchase. Instead, it is empty and you have to request which items you wish to be placed in it. This can cause a little confusion if you are expecting it to be full.

Some travellers claim that the smell of sewage from the neighbourhood can make its way into the hotel from time to time. A couple of other guests point out that a few of the rooms have the stench of cigarette smoke in them as well.
