Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Kilgore

The hotel is primarily noted for its convenient location near the highway, making it a practical choice for travelers seeking a stopover. While many guests commend the efforts of the friendly staff who often go above and beyond to assist, the hotel frequently struggles with significant maintenance and operational inconsistencies, including issues with hot water and general upkeep. It is best suited for budget-conscious travelers or those needing a quick overnight stay rather than an extended, comfortable retreat, as some business travelers have noted issues with connectivity. To ensure a smoother experience, it is highly advisable to confirm the availability of essential amenities like hot water, functional Wi-Fi, and the pool status before arrival, and consider requesting a room on a higher floor to minimize potential road noise and ensure a quieter stay.
