Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

The hotel's primary appeal lies in its convenient location just off the interstate, making it an accessible stop for road trippers and travelers seeking an overnight stay. However, guests frequently report that the property feels dated and is in significant need of renovation. A recurring theme is the highly inconsistent staff service, with experiences ranging from very positive and helpful to notably negative and unaccommodating. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is a major concern for many, often falling short of expectations. While the pool and hot tub are advertised amenities, their frequent closure or poor condition often leads to disappointment, particularly for families hoping to utilize these facilities. Prospective guests are advised to confirm the operational status of specific amenities like the pool and hot tub before booking, and consider bringing personal toiletries as they may not always be adequately stocked.
