The pool and the on-site gym rated positively across a number of reviews with many previous guests remarking how clean and well kept these areas were by hotel staff.

The Makan Kitchen is renowned for its food and breakfast is no different, with a number of past visitors commenting on the delicious buffet and made to order dishes. Visitors who ate in one of the other four restaurants also commented on the fresh tasty breakfast options available.

A number of business travellers and Diamond or above Hilton Honours members who stayed on the executive floor, and thus had access to the executive lounge, raved about the standard of the lounge commenting on the view, food and complimentary drinks available.

Whilst this hotel had some good reviews about the cleanliness of common areas, a number of reviewers were not at all happy about the standard of cleaning in the rooms, with some citing moldy tiles and foul smells from bed linen as major turn-offs.

Some visitors to the hotel remarked that they had tried to communicate to staff their special needs during their stay, but these were not passed onto or listened to correctly by staff, which resulted in these guests not receiving their additional amenity and thus these guests left less than positive reviews about inter-staff communication.

A common complaint amongst previous guests to the hotel was the lack of a stable WI-Fi signal. It seems that visitors did not have any trouble getting onto Wi-Fi but had great difficulty staying on and doing basic tasks, as the signal strength was very week and its capacity overloaded.
