Review summary
Summarized by AI from 700+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub, ideal for sightseers and budget travelers seeking a practical and well-located base. Its central position offers unparalleled access to major attractions like the Aquarium du Quebec and the historic sights of Old Quebec. The property provides comfortable accommodations, with many rooms featuring comfortable mattresses and a spacious, sometimes two-story, layout. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful reception staff who go above and beyond, though the limited breakfast of coffee, juice, and often unripe fruit is a consistent point of feedback. For the best experience, consider requesting a room on a higher floor for potentially better views and reduced noise.
