About A Great View

Neville and Bettina's German/Kiwi B&B/Homestay offers you spectacular views from Seaview to Wellington harbour including Somes Island and the surrounding hills. Enjoy the views from the deck, or relax in the sunny garden with native bush, flowers and wildlife, including the famous Tui. If you fancy a snooze whilst enjoying the great outdoors you can even take a nap in our German "Strandkorb". A GREAT VIEW is located in the northern suburbs of Wellington between Khandallah and Johnsonville, 10 min drive to the CBD, 15 min drive to the ferry terminal, 20 min drive to the airport, 3 min drive to restaurants and bars. A 5 min walk to the track to Mt. Kaukau with breathtaking views over Wellington and the South Island. Having travelled the world Neville and Bettina enjoy the company of all nationalities; so come make yourself at home at "A Great View".
